The Foundation has three core pillars of impact — Education, Community Outreach, and Healthcare — each focused on underserved communities across generations.

Epoch Investments is a distinctive independent fund led by a team that unites operational expertise with institutional financial acumen and extensive global experience.

Epoch Investments is an early-stage investment firm dedicated to identifying and supporting the most promising consumer tech, consumer services, and consumer brands businesses of tomorrow.

We largely invest at the pre-Series A and Series A stages across consumer goods and consumer technology services, partnering with founders at the critical inflection point where vision meets execution. Our approach is sector-agnostic — we evaluate opportunities through the lens of consumer insight, market potential, and founder conviction.

Achyut loves to build and invest in new age businesses that can address large and long-standing problems. A self-described institution builder, Achyut is known for his passion for people development and brand building, with a leadership philosophy rooted in purpose, performance, and trust.

Achyut is a seasoned FMCG leader with over three decades of experience spanning the globe. He currently serves as Regional Managing Director of Mayora, leading operations across the Indian subcontinent, GCC, Russia, and the USA — bringing a distinguished track record of building brands, developing people, and driving institutional growth in complex, multicultural markets.

Prior to Mayora, Achyut held senior leadership roles at Fonterra Brands across Asia Pacific, and earlier in marketing and sales at Henkel India and Nutrine Confectionery.

Rithvik is a fundamentals-driven investor who combines rigorous financial analysis with a conviction-driven approach to decision-making, honed over years of evaluating complex transactions. Having worked across institutional debt markets and early-stage venture, he is motivated by the full arc of value creation — from disciplined capital deployment to the long-term impact of helping founders grow.

Rithvik is currently the General Partner of Hissa Investment Manager LLP (Hissa Fund). He brings a distinctive combination of venture capital experience and deep institutional financial markets expertise, having spent the better part of a decade working across capital markets, credit risk, and early-stage investing in both Canada and India.

At CMLS Financial Ltd., Canada's largest non-bank private lender, Rithvik underwrote and adjudicated over 150 transactions exceeding CAD 3 billion in aggregate value, co-managed a CAD 100 million debt fund, and led the firm's fifth Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities issuance.
